how to add email id based on string value.

Hi All,

I have below requirement..

in incident form there is one field string called Sold Party name in witch user add different value for ex abc, xyz now I want that based on that field value email goes to particular user. please let me know how to do it.

You did not mention the conditions and examples , can you give an example ?

 

are they static code ? if its dynamic it can be anyting then how are you gonna decied the email condition and person ?

It is like below screen snap if sold to party name is ABC then email id automatically set to abletuter.

Yes i can understand that but what if its not ABC , that field can be anyting ? What are you Conditions and string can have infinate non static value. (do u have static codes to decided the email ?)

you can do it from here:

 

go to > navigation ? email client template.

select the table

set the conditon as > sold to party name is ABC

set the fields of email as needed.
