Hi ,
I have a requirement , where I have one out of the box section - Analysis Information section for the Problem Record , I want to add that section to my Problem Record , I am trying to do it from Form Design , Form layout but with the help of that it is always creating a customized section and not adding the existing OOTB one to the form .
How can I implement this ?

I tried this and it is working fine
make sure you are saving the changes. Or try like open problem record --form builder -- create section and save.

I am not able to understand this, if you create a new section it is a customization, and it will show on the form.

Hello @Pooja Khatri
Was the form section earlier removed from your layout? If yes, then you need to search in form sections table and search for table problem and see if any ootb record is present, if not try to import same from your PDI and import to your client instance.
If this over your PDI, you can configure form layout and head to sections part and click on any sections and select version related link if you able to identify which version this deletion had happen then you can try to revert it back so your OOTB section is back on form.
Attaching ootb xml for same section you need from my PDI.
Note - In case if you are importing the xml file make sure you delete the newly custom created section which you specified in your question to avoid clash of same name section which may cause more confusion while selection in form.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
