I have a requirement to add the Configuration Item Criticality value in Change Risk Assessment Calculation.
We have Change Risk Assessment already defined but also need to add below values based on "Criticality" field value from Configuration Item and then calculate the risk.
Very Critical = 4
Medium Critical = 3
Critical = 2
Low = 1 .
I tried "Default Answer From Script" option but it still allows users to edit the answer. I don't want it to be editable by users.
Kindly suggest how to implement it.

I checked this articles but those are not relevant to my ask... 😔 I am looking for some solution which will allow me to add value in completed risk assessment based on value of "Criticality" field on Configuration Item and then calculate the risk along with existing metrics.

In risk condition you need to add this point, and ootb it is available. Make sure the risk condition has lowest order to execute first.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
