How to allow NON-ITIL Users to post Additional Comments on SCTASK tickets via Portal?

hi guys!

 

We created this widget in portal to display all the SCTASK for each user so they will have visibility on their tickets.
However, only ITIL user have the ability to post Additional Comments on the SCTASK tickets.

How can we enable the same functionality to NON-ITIL users?

that field is showing as editable in native?

If yes then it should show in portal as well

Hi Sir @Ankur Bawiskar, what do you mean by editable in native? How do I check that? where should I go?

open that record using table.list and see in native and not in workspace

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar, I can confirm that this is in native and not in workspace. But it's still not working.

Definitely it's an access issue.

Did you debug using access analyzer?
