How to apply read role to ESS user

Hello Community!
I have one requirement. When ESS submitting the catalog item, in request summary , Request not found message displayed. I think it is ACL issue but not able to find out ACL name
Please help!

HI @Asha Pathak ,
There is no separate role required for end user if you are submitting request from portal. without any role they can submit the request. Have you done customization on portal? then check the configuration and widgets.

ESS means end user and that user doesn't require any role and can use the portal and raise requests and access knowledge articles.
