How to assign the multiple task/incidents using the Ui action in list layout "Assigned to me",action type is -List context menu .

Out of the box that UI action is a "list context menu" only UI action.  This means it expects to only work on 1 record through right clicking.  You can check the List Choice box in that action which will add it to the bottom choice list.  Doing this will allow you to select multiple row check boxes and choose it and it will bulk assign them.

Where does one choose the List choice checkbox? Do you have to have special rights in ServiceNOW to do so?
