How to auto populate accounts in account field based requested for field user

Hi,

I have created requested for field its referenced to customer_contact table and also created another account field its referenced to customer_account table so i want to if i select user from requested for field to auto populate the accounts in account field in record producer.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be useful.
