ServiceNow provides the capability to check-in at a walk-up location, book appointments easily using ServiceNow mobile app or via the portal.

 

The transition from a manual creation of tickets either a call, e-mail or face to face has been impacting the companies continuity, efficiency and productivity of agents, business and employees alike.

 

Automating ITSM ticketing is not always for everyone. Giving the opportunity for employees and agents to have an engagement face to face is still a practice that is still being kept.
