We would like to build a flow action by ourselves to preview a catalog item within Catalog Builder just like how it was mentioned in the demonstration video on the documentation:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-management/task/set-up-cat-builder.html
https://youtu.be/Vtv8LPnfwbM?t=168
We know the format of the URL is:
https://instance.service-now.com/now/build/catalog/preview/xxxxxyyyyyyzzzzz
However, the part "xxxxxyyyyyyzzzzz" is not sys_id of the catalog item. Can this id be looked up from any catalog builder related tables? Thanks.

Thanks for the help from the technical support in solving the problem. However, I cannot access the KB article using the link https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0971435
