how to close RITM if one of the approver is approved and other is rejected

Hi All,

 

I have a scenario where one of the approver is approved and other one is rejected. How the RITM will get closed. Will it be closed completed or closed rejected.

Also in a scenario where 3 approvers are there and 2 has approved and 1 has rejected, how to close the request based on majority of approvers approved.

if you have any other solution for this most welcome.

Hi @MohammedYaseen, You can drive the state and stage of the Request through the workflow or flow stages and using the set value. For an example, let say, you have an approval step and it is rejected, you can try setting the state to 'Request Cancelled' and state value to Closed Incomplete. There is an OOB business rule that drives the RITM closure based on the stage changes.
