How to configure ACL for Time Worked related list to display "New" button to add time for user with ITIL role?

i have recently deployed Time Worked related list on PROD, but the issue is it is only visible for Admin and not for non-admin users. Initially i thought it was ACL rule, but i created ACL rule for non-admin users as well (See below rules). Still i can see no changes, only Admin people can see "New" on time worked related list, non-admin's can't see "New" but can see time worked related list tab.
Note: Admin's as well as Non-Admin's has ITIL role.

Hi,

Did you check this?

1) Configure list control and check New roles is configured with admin role

2) Check in list control if some script is present in

3) Does your non-admin has write access to the field Task present on Time worked table?

Hello SP,

ACL is not required, just open list control of table 'Time Worked' and add roles like I have added in screenshot and make sure 'Omit new button' is not checked.

Hi @Musab Rasheed ,

I am having same issues. Non admins cannot see time worked records on the incident. I have added the itil role under new roles and edit roles but it doesnt seem to work.

Herin

Hi Herin,

Kindly check record level ACL on time worked table, that must be causing issue, kindly enable Security debugger and reload screen for non admins, you will understand which ACL is causing the issue, Don't forgot to mark my answer as correct if that helps.
