Hello,
We would like to connect with our SAP system to intergrate the user locations.
As of now we are downloading the user info as a csv and importing it in Snow.
But we would like to use REST API so the user info specially user location is updated automatically when a new user is added or existing user is modified.
How can we do it?
Thanks in Advance,
Renu.

Hi
unfortunately it is really vague what you are asking.
When having a look on page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/administer/integrationhub/reference... you will see that is a bunch of different spokes to connect to different SAP products.
Kind regards
Maik

Hi
In case you think I was able to answer your question, I would be happy if you mark the appropriate response as "correct" so that the question will appear as resolved for other users who may have a similar question in the future.
If not, please tell me what you are still missing.
Many thanks & kind regards
Maik

There is an out of the box product for transferring SAP data to ServiceNow in a license compliant way: https://sta-technologies.com/sap-data-sync-for-servicenow/
You can schedule an SAP job that sends user data to ServiceNow every day (or hour or minute...).
Let me know if you need more information.
