How to create a dashboard with 2 reports

I got an requirement , to create a dash board with 2 reports

1.would like to see a daily trend of incoming request

2.and the average turn around time. 

how can i do this

You can create a dashboard.

Then create 2 separate reports and add the created reports to the dashboard.

Hi @sinu2 ,

1. Report for daily trend :- Create a report with table Incident and select Type as column refer below screen shot

     

2. The average turn around time :- You can get the turn around time when Incident is Closed/resolved and you can see the turn around time in the field Business Duration.

     

3. For Dashboard creation

    a. Self service -> Dashboards  create new 

    b. Click on + symbol add the reports

Hi @sinu2 ,

Yes you can create similar report for request as well so in the table you might have to select request or ritm or sc task table based on your requirement, and you can create a second tab something like Request management and add the request related reports.
