How to create a dashboard with 2 reports

I got an requirement , to create a dash board with 2 reports

1.would like to see a daily trend of incoming request

2.and the average turn around time. 

how can i do this

Hi,

While i am creating report in the CONFIGURE section I am not able to see all the options that in your image showing. 

WHat should be the TYPE i need to select?

For the first report Type should be column and for second Type is List

Hi @sinu2 ,

You can get that from Configure -> Choose Column -> select the field Business Duration (move it towards right and save it )

But the configure should be done on form level right?

ANd also now one more question, client confirmed that they need on sc_request table
