How to create a list of checkboxes for a Catalog Item

Hello there, 

I have a need to add a list of departments onto a Catalog item, similar to the attached picture.

I am pretty new with using ServiceNow and am unable to find a variable type that works like this.

Is someone able to advise on a way I can achieve a list like this please.

Create a variable and use CheckBox type.

I am aware of using the CheckBox variable but was hoping there would be a variable you could just add a list to and it creates it as a checkbox list rather than use multiple single checkboxes.  The application where I got the screenshot from had one of these and it was super easy to create.
