I have a requirement to create new entry on "cmn_schedule_span" span table automatically via catalog Item and flow.
The idea behind this request is to stop SLAs during xyz day and time for a specific location.
I am considering to create a catalog Item to get input from users and use flow to create entry on "cmn_schedule_span" span table automatically. I got couple questions in my mind such as, how to match SLA schedules with the entries? How would ServiceNow know, If I am creating child schedule entry for, for example London Support Hours schedule?
What type of input do I have to ask to users to provide?
