Hi,

Setup by going to interceptor in navigation filter. 

Below link will be helpful to set it up. Also look at other interceptors setup as a reference. Example: "New change request"

Hi Sruthi Thanks for your reply Links in that ans were not opened as wiki.service( http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Legacy:_Using_an_Interceptor_to_Gather_Data_for_a_New_Record#gsc.tab=0) and others websites link refused to open. If you or someone else can explain me by themself not providing links that would be more helpful thanks
