How to create multiple sc task under one request.

Hi Experts 

I have catalog item form. If I select multiple options on my form ( Multiple check box) it should be creates multiple sc_task.

You can configure that in the Catalog Item's Flow or Workflow

Workflow. And once I created the multiple catalog task the assignment group(sc_task) should be as per group which I selected on the catalog form.
