How to customize widget "Knowledge Field Facet" in order to exclude "Author" from the Filter selection area on kb_search page on Knowledge Portal?

You can open the kb_search page by navigating to Service Portal->Pages
open the kb_search page. Go to the instance and click on the Instance record for Author and deactivate it.
