How to Disable the Problem Module in ServiceNow (Service Operations Workspace)

Hi Community,
I’m working on Service Operations Workspace and need to disable the Problem module only on SOW so that users cannot access or see it.

I’m looking for the best approach.

Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

@Akhila P

what do you mean by disable Problem module in SOW?

Not a good idea for your agents.

SOW helps agents to work on multiple tickets/problems considering it's UI experience as compared to native.

If you still require then

-> You can hide the complete workspace list from sys_ux_list table and once you hide all the Lists it will disable the Category as well.

-> see these images and mark Active=False for those 6 records

Hi @Akhila P

@This is not an good idea to hide only one module, but if you want you need to make changes in list to of SOw where all modules appear and make it active false or add specific role.
