How to Display Resolution information with Additional Tab details for incident in employee center

Hi All,

 

Actually i want to display Resolution details (Resolved, Resolution code, notes) in Additional tab for incident in employee center when state is move d to resolved.

 

Please help on this

@Ramu6 - You can use standard ticket configuration to do that. More details you can find in the docs

Thanks for the response, basically i have created that, i have selected type "Variable Summarizer", but it displaying only the variable which was on the "create incident "Record Producer , but i need the resolution fields on that tab

@Ramu6 - You can create a simple widget to display the resolution details and configure the widget in the new tab using the "Standard ticket configuration"

 

Simple widget named "Show Additional Fields": Attached the widget xml for reference

Configure a tab named "Additional Info" in the Standard Ticket Configuration that refers to the custom widget mentioned in step 1

Set the tab visibility: In the below screenshot, Have limited the tab visibility for incident with Resolved or Closed state.
