How to Display Resolution information with Additional Tab details for incident in employee center

Hi All,
Actually i want to display Resolution details (Resolved, Resolution code, notes) in Additional tab for incident in employee center when state is move d to resolved.
Please help on this

additional details shows variables only and you cannot include normal fields.
