How to enable details for approver on esc portal

How to show details for the approver when he is in esc portal and click on "My Task". he can see the details in SP portal but not in esc portal. User has the "approver_user" role.

i want like the below

The request for approval is created using simple catalog item which creates RITM and then SCTASK, there's no custom table or application fyi.

Put the two widgets next to each other and check on the differences. Your SP widget is probably customized to provide extra information.

Hi @indrasengupta ,

Search for "To-dos Configuration" under Employee center Application.

Open “Approval” record and look for “Detail Row” section and add required fields.

Fileds are already there, also when i give user itil role all the fields show, and i don't want to give itil role, i think it should also be visible for "approver_user" role as well.
