How to enable details for approver on esc portal

How to show details for the approver when he is in esc portal and click on "My Task". he can see the details in SP portal but not in esc portal. User has the "approver_user" role.
i want like the below
The request for approval is created using simple catalog item which creates RITM and then SCTASK, there's no custom table or application fyi.

Yes, approval is generating for the user. and if i give itil role to approver than all the details show to approver on esc portal.

SO you mean with ITIL role it's visible but with sys approver alone it is not visible. Is any ACL or customization has been done for this role?

The request for approval is created using simple catalog item which creates REQ=>RITM=>SCTASK, there's no custom table/ACL or application.
