How to Enlarge and Make a user_image Field Clickable in Classic UI?

Hi everyone,

I've added a user_image field to a form on the dmn_demand table (field name: u_new_field_1) in the Classic UI. After uploading an image, it shows up as a small thumbnail — but I want it to:

1. Appear larger (e.g., 300x300), and

2. Be clickable to open the full-size image in a new tab.
