How to exclude ITIL users from a report output

I am building a report to show which end users are submitting the largest number of incidents. It's a simple bar graph count, grouped by the Opened By value, which works easily to show who is opening the most incidents.

The problem is, our IT service desk and other admins are creating more tickets than any given end user, for obvious reasons, so the output data is not really useful. Is there a common filter criteria to allow me to filter out items created by someone from specific assignment groups, or people who have an ITIL license, or any other way to tackle this? Or will I need to ask our SN admins to create a custom filter?

Add a condition to your report. Caller.Roles is not ITIL.

I'm curious though are you doing your report based on caller or opened by? I would do the report by caller instead of opened by that why when the Service Desk opens the a incident on some ones behalf it will look like that person opened the incidnet.
