How to get the Work Notes field to show on RITM and not the Work Notes checkbox

Does anyone know how I can get the Work Notes field to show on RITM and not the Work Notes checkbox?

Hi Michael,

To get work notes field on Requested Items add worknotes from - Configure >> Form Layout >> Worknotes.

Then you will be able to see worknotes on form,after that click on button on extreme left of additional comment field now you will be able to see worknotes and additional comments on the form.

Another related question for you, when I add Work Notes to RITM it is below Additional Comments in the Form Layout. However, on the the RITM form Work Notes is showing up on top of Additional Comments. Any idea what might be doing this and why Additional Comments wouldn't be on top like it it on the Form Layout?

I can help here, I just solved this fun riddle the other day, lol:

Click the antenna looking icon down by activity/comments and then click Configure Available Fields. For some reason they're out of order there.
