Hi   can someone please help me with this .

I am workign on building service catalog items . I built one and moved that item to test instance and then tested it successfully. i need to send that catalog item's link to requestor to test and approve it . when that request's   owner click on it to test ,then   it says "Not authorised " , it means they dont hace access to test intance since they are jus regular users.

Questions is :   How do i give test instance access to them . ( Tried giving     ITIL role to them , but they get same message ""Not authorised"

Thanks in advance for looking into this .

Is your instance using SSO access? They use corporate password to login? You can alternatively add a local password to Test account. Using that account they could login and perform testing for you.

this is what user get when they click on link. some users got access , but some dont have access   , so where do i need to go to give access to those who dont have access .

Hi

Above link says its not authentication issue but authorization issue. Do you have user criteria on the Service Catalog item? Its access permissions. Provide user required role that catalog is intended. Also check if there is any location preferences on the criteria defined on catalog item. I believe above catalog it restricted for a set of users not for all. To Test it on dev instance, provide Admin role to that user who couldn't access catalog. If that works its a role issue. Check criteria of the catalog.
