I have seen dashboards where a slicer with options for "3m, 6m, 1y, YTD, 2y, All" shows up and when you select, the charts adjust to shows only the timeline specified. You can see below an example of what I'm saying... the slicer on the top left part of the chart only shows up if you hover the mouse over the chart (the hamburger symbol on the right also shows up to allow you to export the chart in JPG or PNG) and so I don't know if that comes from the report that is based on or if it's a feature from the dashboard. Needles to say, I only have view rights to that dashboard chart.
I tried to simulate that, so I created my own report and then imported it in a dashboard. In my case, even when I hover the mouse I do see the hamburger on the right, but I don't see the time-based slicer on the left. Does anyone know how to insert it?
The report I used to add to my dashboard has these details:
Table: Incidents
Type: Column (in the Time Series section)
Group by: one of the items in my incidents is selected
Additional group by: other 5 or 6 items selected
Bars: Stacked
Trend by: Opened
Calendar: Standard Calendar
Per: Month
Aggregation: count

Hi @adrianopinaffo ,
This slices is only available for reports generated through performance analytics and not the normal report designer. To add the slicer for performance analytics reports just checkmark below in the PA widget settings "Show date range selector":

Hello @AndersBGS, thanks for the reply.
When I go to Performance Analytics, then Dashboards it is exactly the same screen as Self-Service -> Dashboards, so I'm guessing the "Performance Analytics" is another platform that I may not have access in my company? Or maybe there is some permission I don't have that allows me to see that "Date Settings" tab you have on your screen?
