how to hide 'Actions and Selected rows'

Hi,

I have a requirement to hide 'Actions and Selected rows' on the change list view for ITIL users.

None of the users should be able to see this except Admin users. Please tell me how to achieve this functionality.

As far as I know you can't do that. You can just make the options disabled.

There should be some option I believe. If we get to know the name of that we can make it hide using client script.
