How to Hide New button in Incident List View

Hello Everyone,

 

I want to hide the new button in Incident List View when user filter with any data. if the filter is empty, it must show the new button in the list view.

Could anyone please help me with to achieve this?

I am not sure what is the use case behind this. It will increase the technical debt in your instance. Better educate the users about same.

this is not feasible

the New button on list will be either show/hidden when the list loads for the first time

I don't think it's a valid business requirement.
