Can i Make it visible for specific user.

How exactly do I get to "Knowledge Base > Properties"?

If I type "Knowledge Base" into the Search filter, Properties is not an option.

If I open a particular Knowledge Base, I do not see Properties listed anywhere.

Hi @vikas22 ,

To hide Most Recent Tasks from Knowledge Articles:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base → Properties.

  2. Under Show tasks to which an article has been recently attached, select No.

  3. (Optional) Set the property Number of attached tasks to display when viewing an article to 0, if available.

  4. Click Save.

🔹 This will remove the Most Recent Tasks section from the Knowledge Article view.

Note:
This configuration controls whether tasks (such as incidents or requests) associated with a knowledge article are displayed in the article view.
