How to hide related list from sys_popup view in ServicePortal ?

Reference Icons on Service Portal forms are taking default view.

I removed related list from Service Portal and Self service view.

Then also forms have Related links.

I dont see "sys_popup" view to configure the related list. As suggested i have set the seyetem property - 

glide.service_portal.reference.use_sys_popup_view to true, still I dont see the option - sys_popup view option. Hence unable to remove the related list, any suggestions?
