How to hide the short description from the Catalog Item List view?

Please navigate to Service catalog -> Properties and then uncheck 'Show category descriptions in the category view page'

Many thanks for your response. This setting is for hiding the Category description. I want to hide the Catalog Item Short Description.

i tried to check through elements and found it has designed under the <tr> tag and i am not sure if it's good way to do it or not. but i have one question why you want to hide. if you don't need short description then you can make it empty from maintain item short description field

Hi Harsh,

We want to remove it because it's a duplicate value of the name. We cannot clear or empty the Short Description from the item because we use this field to most of our Workflows via Catalog Task activity.
