How to make L0 Topics display in bold font in Employee Center (ESC) like the default

I am working on the ServiceNow Employee Center (ESC) portal and would like to enhance the appearance of the Level 0 (L0) Topics in the Topic hierarchy.

Current requirement:

• Display L0 Topics in bold font.
• Keep the existing styling for subtopics unchanged.
