Hi can anyone help me with scenario for the case is like there is an order guide with name ' employee contractor status change' that order guide needs to be complete/ submit requests only by an process group and service now development group.. can anyone help me with this?

Hello @raj765_32 ,
1.)You need to create 'User Criteria' in which you add groups .
2.)Add that criteria to the 'Available For' of the order Guide.
For example -

in portal view still other groups are able to see it , how to hide it in portal also?

itil view it is working as expected but in portal view other groups are also able to see it
