Good afternoon.
In our Project, we have been instructed to migrate all the Catalog Forms, including all their associated dependencies such as Business rules, Catalog UI Policies & Client scripts, Script Incudes, Tables, Scheduled Jobs, Workflow, Flow designer and everything from Production, without Cloning, to the new Yokohama instance.
So, how can I migrate these things?
By manual transfer, creating update sets and capturing everything, by clicking "Add to Update set", is taking lot of time. We have very less deadline.
Please help, what is the best way to migrate? I know, we can transfer using "Update Source-Remote instance", but we don't have the credentials to link Production instance.
So, we are going through manual migration. Also, while preforming testing, lots of Workflow errors are coming.
What can be done for this? Please guide and provide your valuable ideas.
Thank you.

Technically and logically, update sets are the best way to handle this migration and are highly recommended. However, given your short timelines, you can either go for cloning, which is another good option, or choose XML-based migration, though it's time-consuming. That said, cloning cannot be recommended from Dev to Test; it should be done from Prod to Dev or Test instead.

you want to bring those components from Prod to DEV or UAT instance?
if yes then cloning is the recommended way
Why would you allow admins to create update set in PROD and ask them to capture everything in update set?
Not a good practice.
You can migrate by exporting the XMLs but this is also not recommended.
