Hi there,
is it possible to obtain all attributes by CI classes from ServiceNow out-of-the-box? If so, please advise of the process. I'd like to extract a spread sheet with a column for class and one for attributes.
Cheers,
Dean.

Hi Dean,
That should be easy if you have admin rights.
Right Click on Form header->Configure->Dictionary of each class and you can export the dictionary entries to a excel.
Hope that make sense!!
Thanks
Srinivas

Thanks a lot Srinivas, that works - I just wish the info was already on the web somewhere, but all good.
Cheers,
Dean.
