@AbdurRahmanSnow - Since you deleted in test you can take xml copy of same from dev/sandbox and import it if you have created in dev and committed same in test.
In case if you have directly created in test you need to go to table named Deleted Application Files [sys_metadata_delete] and search for your transform map name and after opening record you will see restore record button just click your transform map will get restore.

Navigate to All > Rollback & Recovery > Delete Recovery
