Hi Team,
Right now OOTB functionality is when we click on link it is redirecting to esc portal. but we want it to redirect to approval directly, instead of esc portal.
Click here to approve and Reject links we are removing those two.
Now Click here to view Approvals it directly need to go to the RITM record approval in esc portal
In my PDI Out of the box it shows 2 links i.e. 1 for Approve and 1 for Reject and both the links takes user to backend record and not portal
Seems somebody customized the email template or email body for your notification in your instance
