How to remove the extra comments in the custom table.

Hi All,

I have created a custom table and created some fields including Additional comments and work notes. But it UI is coming like this:

How to remove the outlined comments.

Check the form layout

Right click on the form header -> Configure -> Form Layout

See what is present in this section

Ok, SO remove everything. And SAVE

Then add back what you need, SAVE.

I removed and saved and again I added only Additional comment and work notes. Still it is showing.
