How to remove the extra comments in the custom table.

I have created a custom table and created some fields including Additional comments and work notes. But it UI is coming like this:

How to remove the outlined comments.

I updated the Type for both Work notes and Additional comments as Journal Input. Now extra comments/ notes are not coming.
