Hi,
I have a requirement. We have a assignment group called "problem_mgnt" now I want this assignment group to be only visible for problem record assignment group field. This group should be hidden in Incident for filed assignment group and for Requested item table assignment group field
Note: group should only visible in problem record assignment group and it should be hidden in Incident and requested item table
Thanks in advance 😀

you can use dictionary override on assignment_group field from task table and create 2 records 1 for INC and 1 for RITM and then override the ref qualifier
-> visit this dictionary and in related list Click New for Dictionary Overrride
-> for INC
-> Do the same for RITM table
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏

Hi @anvitha ash
ServiceNow provides a feature called the Type field in the Group table, which can be used for assignment groups. In practice, we use the Type field not only for assignment groups, but also for reporting and approval groups.
Sometimes we create new group types. When doing so, you need to check the dictionary configuration and use a Dictionary Override to ensure that the change applies only to a particular table or label.
In general, assignment groups are inherited from the Task table, so no changes should be made directly there. Instead, create a dictionary override record and then update the Type field accordingly.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @anvitha ash ,
you can make use of the reference qualifier for your requirement.
You can use dictionary override for the reference qualifier for Incident and Request table.
