Hello, everyone.
I want to create skills and skill rules that will route incidents created through the service portal based on the user's skill.
I created skills and determination rules, as well as business rules, but they are not operating as expected.
If anyone has an idea about skills configurations or anything else, please help me.

Did you find any solution for it, I'm trying to associate skill to interaction record based on the context variable values, but the skill determination rule is not able to access values of context variable in interaction record.

I don't know why the skill determination rule is not able to fetch the interaction context variables values, I'm having OOTB bussiness rule enabled, but still the skill rule is returning null when I try to print the context variable values. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
