Hi Team,
I have created a new knowledge article template which has 3 fields. I have set the field styles for each of this fields as "font-size:12px; font-family:Courier New;" but when a user creates a new article and manually changes the font style size, then it overrides the above field style that I have set.
Why is this happening, is there a way to override this and continue to use my style?
My basic requirement is to have at least the font family set to "Courier New" to maintain consistency across articles.
Johnny

Search for *knowledge in the table content_css.list you will find the Style Sheet using for knowledge articles, you can modify that.

I wanted to see if anyone had any additional feedback on this. Originally the field style I created for that particular field was enforced despite any manual changes but the past month or so I am expecting the same as the OP does. Users can manually change the style
