How to set a view as default for all users

I have created an new view for the Change form and would like it to be the default view for all ITIL users. How would I achieve this?

That is what I needed to know to set the default view.

Go to System UI - View Rules
create a new rules, put condition like if your_customized_table, then your_customized_view.
this way, all users actions on that table will have your customized view as default

Hi
How do you set customised_view on the customised_table based on Catalog item submitted?
For example, the agent would view different default view if someone submit new account creation than normal incident on the catalog item table.

You can create a view Rule like below. This will set default view like "Major Incidents" is default view here for all the Incidents, including the new Incident we create.
