How to stop SLA if the caller is member of resolver group and that group typeshould be IT

Hi All,

How to stop response SLA(on incident table) if the caller is member of resolver group and that group type should be IT. 

 

Please provide the possible.

There is no OOTB way to achieve this. What is the use case of same?

 

SLA dont have scripting and i tried with dot walk and it is not working, so OOTB there is no solution.
