Hi, steps to stop an integration temporarily will depend 100% on how\where the integration is configured, and your post contains no clear details of your configuration.
If the integration is a 'Scheduled import' you could disable the 'Scheduled Import'.
If a 'Scheduled job', disable the scheduled job.
If triggered in some other manner, disable the trigger.
