Hi community,
Greetings. in my organization, we have rollout the change management process. But after some observation, i found that some change are correctly handled but in reality, the change made to service did not fall into the agreed window, like patching.
May i know how do you make sure the actual change is implemented at the agreed time slot? How do you capture the change rate? I am more interested in technical solution if you implement any.
Thank you.

Hi @major li ,
You have to look at these schedule fields on the change record Planned time (Agreed) vs Actual time (Change Made to service)
How do we track these?
there are couple of ways to do this
1)You can create a report and use a function filed to get the date difference of these fields to check how many hours/days your implantation deviated from the schedule
2)You can create a field on the change record something like Window Breached (Yes/No), you use script to check window breach logic.
Hope it helps
Thank you,
