How to update additional comments whenever we change field value???????????????

Hi All,

I have a field " Reschedule reason" (Choice Field)under schedule tab for change, Whenever if we reschedule a change, we have to select one of the reason.

When we reschedule a reason for a change multiple times, the reason is updating in the work notes as " Field Changes".

Is it possible to update as additional comments instead of Field Changes whenever we update reschedule a reason every time?

Hi,

I believe you cannot change the label "Field changes" as it comes from OOB platform level whenever field gets changed.

You could create a business rule to update the field additional comment whenever the field Reschedule reason is changed.

Hi,

Please make 'Additional comments' mandatory whenever the field Reschedule reason is changed. After adding comments it will show in Activities as 'Additional comments' instead of 'Field changes'
